Pencilmation - is all about a cartoon character named HANK!

Ross Bollinger is the creator of Pencilmation. He is 23 years old and lives in the USA. Ross drew the first Pencilmation cartoon when he was only sixteen years old. Six years passed, and he decided to spend his senior year of college creating as many new Pencilmation cartoons as possible. By the end of 2010, he had graduated and released fifteen episodes online. Now that Ross is grown up, he has become busy with other things. No matter how much his fans have begged for new cartoons, he remains silent.
